Deux Cranes designs and creates beautiful and thoughtful chocolates that reflect Michiko Marron-Kibbey’s cultural heritage and childhood in Japan. Her Japanese heritage and childhood in Japan while her Parisian pastry training helped her create unique and meticulous morsels. She uses luxury French brand Valrhona chocolate as her base chocolate and adds ingredients such as miso, buckwheat, ginger and yuzu to create a totally new experience.
